Singapore becomes our 10th Asian gateway
As of 30th May 2011 Finnair will be operating daily connections between Singapore and Northern Europe with a timetable that suits the needs of business passengers. This new route will be serviced by Airbus A340 aircraft. Passengers will utilise the world-ranking Singapore Changi Airport.
Singapore is a convenient Asian gateway when travelling from Australia, using Finnair's comprehensive partner network. Finnair’s schedule from Singapore will offer excellent connections for corporate travelers, who can then take advantage of the extensive Finnair European network.
Hong Kong flight expansion
Effective 03rd June 2011, Finnair will introduce 5 days a week double-daily flights between Helsinki & Hong Kong. This extends our services out of this major Asian gateway to 12 flights per week.
The expansion complements Finnair's already strong growth, linking Asia with Europe. It adds to already existing daily operations between Helsinki and our other Asian ports: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Bangkok, Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing & Delhi (6 weekly flights).
